What to Expect
Our team of chartered accountants and finance directors will review your business and accounts and provide you feedback on where you have opportunities to increase your profits, improve your cash flow and grow your business.

You can expect insights such as areas to increase your gross margin, identify your customer acquisition costs, and what could happen to your cash flow when your business grows.

Every report we prepare is bespoke to your business. You can expect at least 3-4 pages jammed pack of valuable insights and recommendation.
This is not intended as a deep dive and is proposed to give a guide on the quick wins or top priorities for your business. There is the option to upgrade to a paid for deep dive service. Please let us know if you would like more information on this service.
How it Works
You will need to share your businesses financial information with us by giving us access to your bookkeeping system.
We will not enter any transactions onto your systems, we will only be reviewing your data. Rest assured that we uphold the highest ethics in confidentiality and professionalism. If you require a “Non Disclosure Agreement” we are happy to oblige for that extra peace of mind. Please share your NDA with us, or ask for our template.
Our expert eyes will review you accounts and prepare a detailed report that is yours to keep.
We will book a follow up video call with you to discuss our findings and ensure you fully understand the terminology and impact on your business.

This will be a 30-45 minute video call where we will talk you through our findings and discuss our recommendations.

Our team of experts will review you accounts and prepare a report highlighting the key findings and recommendations. We will then meet with you on your booked video call to walk you through the results.

The Small Print
Anti Money Laundering
Under UK law all accountants are legally required to comply with AML regulations. This complimentary session is not deemed to be a “business relationship” and as such no up front AML checks are required.
None the less, if at any time, there appears to be grounds to suspect any instruction or activity relates to ‘criminal property’, We are obliged to make a report to the National Crime Agency (“NCA”). In such circumstance we are prohibited from telling you or the relevant party we have done so. In such circumstances we will be prevented from acting on your instructions without the prior written consent of the NCA.
